Terms & Conditions

Signed order form of client will be taken as acceptance of order.
A 50% deposit is required prior to ordering of gowns.
Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of gown.
Balance of payment is due upon delivery of your order.
Happy Endings is not responsible for any alterations on the gowns.

Return Policy

Dresses must be returned within 3 working days. Bride/Client is liable for return   delivery costs.
A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
We only accept returns on standard UK sizes. We do not accept returns on custom “sized” dresses.
Dresses must be in perfect brand new condition. (No smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations, etc.).
